We are seeking a Digital Marketing Agent to join our team, working collaboratively to enhance the communications and engagement efforts that support programs, services, and community initiatives.
Under the direction of the Acting Communications and Engagement Team Lead, the Digital Marketing Agent provides culturally informed digital marketing strategies and content creation to community members, including youth, families, and local organizations. This role involves developing and implementing social media campaigns, managing online engagement, creating inclusive and accessible digital materials, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure outreach effectiveness.
The Digital Marketing Agent will also engage in community relations activities to support clients and strengthen connections within the community.
This is a term position with an ending date of March 31st, 2026 with a possibility of extension.

Seabird Island is a First Nations Band in Agassiz BC. In collaboration with local and national partners and sponsors, we work to improve the health, education, and economic opportunities for First Nations people to create thriving First Nations families and communities.
We offer more than 20 services, including health care, dental care, early childhood, employment, mental health, and outreach programs to a variety of First Nations Bands through Health Transfer Agreements, and/or contracts.
Our Education programming allows First Nations students to complete their Kindergarten to Grade 12 education within a First Nations school that considers First Nations culture key to children's education. Seabird College, which began operation in 2009, offers a wide-range of courses that will offer students the opportunity to get the certificates they need to get the job of their dreams and advance in their careers.
