This is a full time position with variable shifts. This position will float between sites (all hospital sites have 10-hour shifts). Includes $4,000 retention incentive and $3,000 relocation assistance to eligible new hires.

Our Scripps System-wide Resource Services (SSRS) department supports the entire Scripps Health system. As a member of the float team, you can fill vital roles on assignments throughout the system to provide critical coverage (inpatient and ambulatory) for employee’s leave of absences, sick calls, and peak service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments. Join our Scripps SSRS team as a Clinical Pharmacist with the opportunity to learn from resources across all of our sites. To be successful, the Clinical Pharmacist will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and will be knowledgeable with inpatient care.
Responsibilities include:
Works variable shifts, including weekends, evenings, and overnights as staffing needs require. Please note that being able to work the night shift is a fundamental duty and an essential function of many of the clinical pharmacy positions.
