This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with 10-hour day shifts, typically Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.

• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago​
• New Graduates (must have at least 1 year of MRI Tech experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

•    Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)

•    Must remain in original department/specialty

•    Must remain in original Job Title

•    Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology or MRI
• Excellent investigative, interpersonal and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2 years of experience doing MRI
• MR Safety Officer (MRSO) certification, or are you willing to obtain one
