Description

  • Conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational workflows and performance metrics to identify areas for increased efficiency and cost reduction
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and supporting overall mission effectiveness
  • Preparing detailed analytical reports and strategic briefs for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with strategic objectives and contract requirements
  • Monitoring ongoing performance and providing continuous feedback for process adjustments to uphold decision-making excellence

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

  • 10 plus years experience in a management analyst role
  • Three plus years experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated capability in evaluating organizational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and formulating improvement strategies in line with DoD requirements
  • Proficient in applying both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess operational performance and drive process optimization
  • Skilled in developing comprehensive reports and presentations that convey data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Possess an active DoD secret security clearance

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to enhance reporting accuracy and operational forecasting
  • Proven leadership potential with the ability to mentor junior analysts and foster cross-departmental collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively liaising with stakeholders and presenting analytical findings
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to support continuous organizational enhancement
