About this role

Description

  • Requiring daily support to the Project Manager and Sr. Program Admin
  • Developing and maintaining CDRLs such as Task Order Status Reports (TOSR), Monthly Status Report (MSR), staffing plan reports and other contractual deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining financial tracking models to track budgets, costs, and variances
  • Updating spend plans
  • Reconciling NIWC invoices
  • Maintaining sub-contracts (modifications and invoicing)
  • Creating travel cost estimates
  • Creating and working with formulas in Excel to integrate complex data across multiple projects
  • Performing support tasks to include word processing, spreadsheet development, documentation management, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, and email generation

  • Prioritizing tasks and strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Performing ad-hoc tasking within contract scope

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience providing financial management support to a program/project and/or corporate operations department
  • Proficient in MS Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Proficient in creating and analyzing budget estimates for completeness and accuracy

  • Proficient in financial projections, reconciliation of reports, and managing financial activities across various stakeholders with multiple funding types of sources

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
