About this role
Responsibilities:
The System and Reporting Developer is responsible for:
- Cell phone Services Data analysis to support business decisions.
- Report on development for operational and performance tracking.
System maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
Delivery expert responsible for creating ad hoc reports, dashboard and data exploring processes as per business needs.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and identify trends.
- Report Development: Design, build, and maintain operational and performance reports using tools such as Power BI.
- System Maintenance: Ensure smooth functioning of reporting systems and related platforms; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Process Optimization: Improve data workflows and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions.
- Data Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for reporting processes, system configurations, and data models.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in industry company or 3C company.
- Bachelor/ Undergraduate degree, preferrable in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Science.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries & knowledge of Power BI.
- 3.Advanced PBI and Microsoft Office (Excel, Macro) development skills and capability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of relational, analytical and multi-dimensional database architecture.
- Advanced analytical with the ability to understand business and technical functions, process.
- Information quickly and assess impacts to data elements.
- Ability to manage adverse and ambiguous situations.
- Strong ownership & teamwork for win-win framework.
- Experienced PBI development capability must have
- Strong language competency in English is mandatory.
Mandarin Chinese is an added value.
- The Package:
- Attractive Basic Salary - From RM6,000 up to RM6,800
- Performance related bonus for confirmed staff.
