About this role
Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales
1. Conoce y aplica conceptos, prácticas y procedimientos fundamentales del sistema de potencia área de enfoque* .
2. Asistir a los equipos que apoyan a los clientes con el diseño, instalación, puesta en marcha y operación de sistemas de automatización y/o protección, tanto en sitio como desde las oficinas de SEL.
3. Completar el trabajo asignado utilizando procedimientos establecidos y trabajando bajo supervisión inmediata.
4. Complete el trabajo asignado dentro del alcance, el cronograma y el presupuesto acordados mientras se enfoca en la calidad y la seguridad.
5. Seguir y aplicar los valores de SEL, los Principios de operación, y los principios de Manufactura de clase mundial.
6. Entender. Crear. Simplificar.

Calificaciones requeridas
BS en Ingeniería Eléctrica o disciplina relevante
Automotivado con un deseo continuo de aprender y encontrar soluciones.
Dispuesto a viajar tanto a nivel nacional como internacional un mínimo del 25% según el área de enfoque.
Fuertes habilidades para escribir, documentar y hablar.
Capacidad de aprender nuevas habilidades y asumir nuevas responsabilidades.
Capacidad de trabajar cooperativamente en un ambiente de equipo.
Resultados de la verificación de antecedentes satisfactorios para SEL.
Resultado(s) negativo(s) a la prueba de droga.
Calificaciones preferidas
Cursos universitarios en energía eléctrica y/o controles (protección del sistema de potencia, componentes simétricos, programación, sistemas de control)
Certificado de ingeniero en formación (EIT)
Experiencia laboral en servicios públicos de electricidad, plantas industriales, comunicaciones, programación de computadoras o construcción
Área de enfoque = Protección, Automatización, Diseño, Estudios, Puesta en marcha, Seguridad, Redes y Gestión de proyectos
Propuestas: Revise los documentos de RFQ del cliente para conocer las especificaciones técnicas y el alcance. Evalúe las decisiones de oferta/no oferta, desarrolle la declaración de trabajo, los diseños preliminares, la matriz de responsabilidad, la evaluación de riesgos, el flujo de caja y los cronogramas preliminares del proyecto. Desarrollar una buena comprensión de la cartera completa de ES de SEL y utilizarla de manera efectiva para desarrollar soluciones completas. Trabajar con contratos para finalizar los términos y condiciones.
