We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Sales – Walmart to oversee and accelerate our Walmart business from our Bentonville, AR hub. You will shape strategy, drive financial performance, and lead a team focused on delivering strong net sales, volume, and EBIT growth. Your leadership will empower a deep bench of sales leaders, category managers, analysts, and cross functional specialists to execute with excellence.

The base salary range for this position is $187,000 to $312,000 annually, with eligibility for a 40% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
Years of Related Experience: 12 years related experience, which must include previous sales management and trademarketing experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience in sales management including building direct and indirect sales channels.Demonstrate ability to lead team. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals,professional journals, or governmental regulations. Strong project management skills. Solid interpersonal,communication, and presentation skills. Thorough knowledge of food industry and company products, programs, process,etc. Knowledge of various industry customer marketing and sales efforts.
