Saint John's Resort seeks enthusiastic, hardworking Grounds Crew and Landscaping team members for the upcoming 2026 season. New Associates will play a significant role in maintaining our new facilities and help prepare each day for golfers and resort guests. 

The Grounds Crew will contribute to a team that strives to grow each day while providing our members and resort guests from local communities with the best possible experience.  Our Associates last year were able to take part in the execution of the 2025 LIV Team Championship and new hires will have the same opportunity for the 2026 LIV TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP this upcoming August.  Our team welcomes people from all different backgrounds and experiences to join and work together.

Championship Golf Course – The Cardinal

• 7-hole Par 3 Executive Golf Course – The Little Cardinal
• Putting Course – Cardinal Putting Course – CPC
• Equipment fleet – John Deere – 2023
• Irrigation System – Rain Bird ICM, HDPE System - 2023

Seasonal Positions are available from March through November.

• Eager to learn new skills and equipment operation practices. We will perform all training on-site.
• Our work requires us to be outside in various weather conditions. Uniforms are provided for all weather types. Nothing better than watching the sunrise each day on a beautiful golf course!
• Service-oriented mentality with a positive team attitude.
• Flexible Schedules and Hours: Team members range from consistently working 24 hours to 40+ hours a work week based on their schedule and current life needs.
• Monday – Friday 5:30 am – 2:00 pm (can accommodate most schedules based on early communication)
• Weekends 5:30 am – 10:00 am based on work completed throughout the week
• Hours reflect approximate start and finishing times which may be adjusted based on weather, tournaments, and outings.

• Associates will be required to work a minimum of 24 hours per week and up 40 hours a week with overtime available based on the task at hand. August schedules will vary based on the 2026 LIV Team Championship preparations and throughout the event.

Daily Responsibilities

• Performs driving range maintenance at Carl's Golfland, including daily golf ball collecting and mowing on the grass tee, putting green, and short-game areas.
• Executes daily course set-up with setting cups and moving tee markers.
• Completes mowing practices with walking and riding equipment to maintain golf course greens, tees, fairways, and rough playing surfaces.
• Prepares bunkers for daily play by mowing, raking, trimming, and weeding
• Assist with maintenance of Saint John Resort's landscape and parking lot areas, including mowing, string trimming, and pruning of plant material.
