Job Objective : Manage the roll out of SP01 Inventory Management to all full managed ships in accordance with the agreed time frame

Requirements

Key Accountability Profile :

1. Support roll out plan
  • Liaise with SMC to set up and maintain the roll out plan
  • Agree target dates for individual ships
  • Monitors roll out
  • Report progress to project team
  • Identify deviations from plan and act to minimise impact and maintain time frame
2. Support ship storage hierarchy set up
  • Brief ships about storage hierarchy set up and provide template.
  • Check template on receipt, confirm with ship and upload to PAL
  • Verify imported hierarchy is correct and replicates to ship correctly.
  • Monitor transfer of target categories to new locations in PAL.
  • Confirm ship understanding regarding obsolete stock items and complete FTI
  • Receive initial month end stock take and approve.
  • Brief SMC Fleet Teams about and monitor alerts for missing month end stock take reports.
  • Confirm ship understanding regarding obsolete stock items and complete FTI.
3. Support mobile app installation and operation
  • Confirm installation is correct
  • Assist user to log app into ship wifi network
  • Act as central support for all mobile issues
  • Liaise with mobile app team where necessary
  • Monitor mobile app stock transactions for correct operation
4. Support lub oil inventory managemen
  • Confirm storage hierarchy with ship is correct for lub oil
  • Verify stock transfer to new locations in PAL
  • Confirm ship understanding regarding obsolete stock items and complete FTI.
  • Review initial month end stock take, liaise with TSI
  • Support TSI with first month end report approval process
  • Provide on-going support for lub oil inventory management​
