 Fleet Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

 

Job objectives & key responsibilities:

  •  You will be responsible for the effective recruitment and manning for your own assigned vessels by complying with the matrix requirements, client’s requirements and relevant legislation for each vessel. 
  • You are handling the relief/ rotation planning of the seafarers, focusing on the provision of alternatives for the continuous and effective operation of the vessel.

Requirements

Education & Work Experience:

  • Commercial qualification / Bachelor degree, ideally with Shipping background or sailing experience
  • Preferably 2 years experience in Crew Operations

  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
