Über uns
Unser Abteilung Zentralstrategie ist verantwortlich für die Unternehmens- und Geschäftsstrategie von SCHOTT und unterstützt unseren Vorstand sowie das Management in allen strategischen Fragen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n (Senior) Project Manager Strategic Development (m/w/d)*.
Ihre Aufgaben
- (Weiter)entwicklung der Schott Konzernstrategie; Analyse sowie Ableitung von strategischen Optionen
- Durchführung konkreter Projekte zur Umsetzung der Konzernstrategie
- Definition & Leitung des jährlichen strategischen Planungsprozesses
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung erfolgreicher Businessstrategien für unsere Strategischen Geschäftsfelderund sowie für neue Geschäftsfelder
- Ausarbeitung von M&A-Strategien in unserem Kerngeschäft und angrenzenden Bereichen inZusammenarbeit mit der M&A-Abteilung
- Führung von interdisziplinären und funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams sowie mit externen Beratern
Ihr Profil
- Exzellenter Universitätsabschluss (Master oder MBA/PhD) in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen odertechnisch/naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer renommierten Unternehmensberatung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem internationalen Industriekonzern (produzierendes Gewerbe)
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Projekten in den Bereichen Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung,Geschäfts- und Organisationsentwicklung
- Eine unternehmerische und pragmatische Persönlichkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Durchhaltevermögen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
