JOB SUMMARY
Collaborate with Category Managers and store teams to achieve company’s financial goals by using data driven analytics to create store specific planograms. Planogram metrics are essential for driving RIO replenishment, inventory levels and Customer focused assortments.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Fresh Category Managers to build assortments and rule sets for all categories.
Design store specific planograms that visually engage the customer and achieve company financial goals.
Manage the allocation of space to sales for all remodels, new stores and ADHOC request.
Evaluate assortment opportunities within the AWG warehouse.
Collaborate with procurement and brokers to bring equipment innovation to the shelf edge.
Direct SAS and coordinate with merchandiser to Execute to Win
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required Education: Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of FRESH department experience or equivalent preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of retail principles.
Capability to analyze and understand data to achieve company’s financial goals.
Ability to be trained and become proficient in all applications of Symphony AI software.
Knowledge of Excel and Google applications are essential.
Skills & Abilities
Ability to successfully communicate at all levels of the organization.
Critical thinker, the ability to react quickly and make decisions in a constantly changing environment.
Build relationships with Category Manager, buyers, RPC, store teams and vendors.
Relentless attention to detail.
Strong time management.
