About this role

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Warehouse Management Manager in our Apodaca Monterrey 4  location. This is an opportunity to join a manufacturing site that strives to be on the leading edge of technology to drive continuous improvement.

 

What will you do:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across Inventory Control, Inbound, and Outbound Warehouse Operations
  • Optimize warehouse performance metrics while maintaining quality standards and budget objectives
  • Orchestrate comprehensive warehousing operations including reception, storage, order preparation, and shipments
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Establish emergency response protocols and ensure seamless logistics operations

  • Proven track record in warehouse management and logistics operations
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing multi-functional teams
  • Expert knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational best practices
  • Demonstrated success in budget management and process optimization
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Qualifications - 

This job might be for you if:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • +7 years of experience in a warehouse role
  • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouses
  • SAP WMS Knowledge required. 
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • English Advanced.
