The Incoming Quality incoming and process supervisor ensures that purchased materials, components, and subassemblies meet Schneider Electric quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, administrate the team of inspectors in incoming and process. This role leads incoming inspection activities, supplier containment, and defect prevention while reinforcing Schneider Electric’s culture of Safety, Sustainability, Customer First, and Operational Excellence. The position plays a critical role in protecting manufacturing continuity, improving supplier performance, and driving quality risk prevention across the supply chain.

Who will you report to?
Report directly to the Quality Manager. This position will be working occasionally with corporate Quality positions. Additionally have strong collaboration with Corporate and Quality Supplier management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, engineering, project managers and the operations teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, or related discipline) Experience 5 years of experience in Quality, supplier quality or manufacturing quality engineer, desirable experience in new plant, project, or ramp‑up environments (internship, co‑op, or project work). Microsoft Office (Excel required), Minitab, Office.
Proven experience leading or coordinating quality teams.
Strong knowledge of incoming inspection processes, nonconformance management, and quality risk prevention.
Solid experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 required; IATF 16949 is a plus).
