About this role

  1. Job Profile

This position is responsible for growing our Digital Power software & hardware solutions in ‘. (Algeria &Islands) .The role will focus on presenting our Digital Energy offers :  designing and validating architectures with the clients, and act as a technical leader during main execution stage. The product portfolio includes MV Protection Relays, Bay Controller Units, RTUs, Power Metering, On-prem Software and Cloud.

The job title is: “Digital Energy Products/Software application Engineer"

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying opportunities in Digital Power systems,
  • Set up and defined technical solution
  • Interface directly with Sales forces & customers to understand project requirements & customer needs
  • Ensure proper visibility of pipeline and achievements thru application of BFO guidelines
  • Detail all customer requirements in a technical Architecture, optimized for price
  • Monitoring closely the performance of offers in scope (OI, sales, GM)
  • Acting as technical leader advising during project execution stage
  • Leading the new offers launch process together with Marketing
  •  Collaborating with sales professionals, colleagues, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Monitoring analyzing and evaluating market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
  • Identifying System Integrator partners with expertise in different segments / applications, who can influence specifications and deliver solutions to End Users.
  • Coaching partner’s sales and delivery leaders on technical issues
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase product awareness.
  • Providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  1.  Required Qualifications:

           Qualifications detail the educational background, certifications, and professional    experience needed for the role. For instance:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Good understanding of EPAS/PACIS software, hardware Micom, Sepam, C264, and communications architectures
  • Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC61850, SNTP, IEC104, DNP3
  • Experience with business segments such as Energy & Chemical & Power & Grid
  • Customer-service oriented and able to advocate for customers with project teams
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and technical colleagues, sharing detailed technical information in an easy-to-understand manner (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of work experience in these area
