求人概要:

シュナイダーエレクトリックは、エネルギーマネジメントとオートメーションのグローバルリーダーです。

このポジションでは、主に京阪神地域において、Diffuse Market(分散市場)に注力し、Field SalesとInside Salesの両方を通じて、当社のインダストリアルオートメーション製品ポートフォリオを活用した提案営業を行っていただきます。

Key Account Planの策定は行わず、幅広い顧客層に対して効率的かつ効果的な営業活動を展開していただきます。

 

主な職務内容:

· Diffuse Market(分散市場)における新規顧客の開拓と既存顧客のフォローアップ

· Field Sales(訪問営業)による顧客ニーズの把握と提案活動

· Inside Sales(非訪問営業)によるリモートでの提案・フォローアップ活動

· シュナイダーエレクトリックの製品(HMI、積層表示灯、インバータ等)を活用した技術提案

· 見積作成・価格交渉・受注対応

· 社内技術部門やマーケティングチームとの連携による営業活動の推進

· 営業目標達成に向けた活動計画の立案と実行

· 市場動向・競合情報の収集と分析

応募資格:

· 産業用オートメーション製品に関する知識、または関心

· 担当エリアが広大であるため広域営業の経験

· 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力

· HMIの販売経験や知識があれば尚可

· FA商社経験があれば尚可
