Your Key Responsibilities
1.Project (incl. Investment, Cost and Time) planning, application and implementation
2.Overall coordination & leading industrialization project incl.
·Risk level analyze
·Production feasibility analyze, design for manufacturing,
·Make OR Buy
·Potential supplier evaluation
·Machine requirement specification
·Production concept (concept release, layout, CCB)
·Line installation & set up
·PFMEA
3.Coordination of new production launches / industrializations as overall project manager
4.Support to ensure a performance-based SOP
5.Coordinating with SCM and Purchasing for industrialization topics
6.Coordinate sub-project manager of industrialization
Your Qualifications
1.Experience in automative transmission
2.Skills on project management and planning
3.Team spirit, leadership skills, strong communication and collaboration skills
4.Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
5.Able to change project status based on requirements or delays
6.With technical capability is preferred
7.Good spoken and written English-skills
8.Good PC-skills (MS-Office, MS-Project, SAP)
9.Bachelor degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related
10.More than 3 years project management work experience in mechanical manufacturing factory
11.Experience in working with people with different culture
12.Familiar with product manufacturing process
