Your Key Responsibilities
- Développer les produits de demain (vis à billes, à rouleaux) pour des nouvelles applications aéronautiques à fort potentiel.
- Être garant du suivi du process de développement interne : dimensionnement, analyse de risque, DFMEA, …
- Piloter les revues de projets (interne ou client)
- Etablir des plans d’essais, participer aux essais de validation de design et analyser les données.
- Participer à l’industrialisation des produits
- Travailler à l’international avec les équipes de développement des autres entités du groupe.
Your Qualifications
- Vous êtes Ingénieur(e) mécanicien.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en conception de produits, applications ou développement dans un domaine mécanique, de préférence aéronautique.
- Vous avez des connaissances en systèmes linéaires ou rotatifs tel que roulement, vis à billes, vis à rouleaux, rail de guidage ou engrenage…Des connaissances en métallurgie, matériaux et process de fabrication seraient un plus.
- Vous êtes curieux(-se), créatif(-ve) et force de proposition.
- Vous savez présenter et convaincre autour de vos propositions techniques.
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles et appréciez le contact avec les clients.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), dynamique, autonome et proactif(-ve).
- Vous parlez l'anglais couramment.
- Déplacements (internationaux) au sein du groupe et chez des clients à prévoir.

What you'll do
- Develop products for new high-potential aerospace applications and ensure the internal development process is followed. Participate in design validation testing and collaborate internationally with development teams.
