Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for managers and employees in all HR-related matters
  • Manage and ensure high-quality HR operation services
  • Offer specialized knowledge and advice on a wide range of HR topics
  • Steer and execute all HR processes (e.g. Recruiting, Compensation planning, Employee Engagement)
  • Implement the company's People Strategy and roll out HR systems and tools
  • Act as active change agent supporting transformation processes
  • Implement organizational development measures
  • Proactively manage and mitigate legal and compliance risks to ensure organizational integrity
  • Foster positive relationships among stakeholders and address potential conflicts constructively
  • Support the global HR business partner in projects

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the industrial sector
  • State-of-the-art HR knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and experience with employee representatives
  • Good MS Office skills
  • SAP- and payroll knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English. German is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented thinking and working as well as structured working methods
