Our Offering
- Competitive wages – starting rate: $28.85; top rate: $33.10 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);
- Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;

Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a minimum of one production process, which may include CNC or manually controlled equipment.
- Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
- Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
- Required to perform inspection on own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work.
- Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems.
- Required to train other operators as needed.
- May be required to work in other departments or occasionally to set up a process for others to operate.
- Ability to read and interpret production prints.
- Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required work.
- Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.
- Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix and maintain certification through company Certified Operator Program.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12 diploma
- Experience: Mechanical aptitude
