Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of facilities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within the facility.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained in Technical
- 3 to 5 years
