Your Key Responsibilities
- Downloading and placing in the right folder (cluster) technical drawings from SAP
- Manually correcting the missing information on drawings along with SAP
- Maintaining the Project Task List of team concerning Advanced Cost Value Analysis Tool
- Supporting the team in preparing PowerPoint presentations to present results
- Attending the weekly Global Team Meetings
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, computer science or other related technical fields
- Ability & willingness to work with technical drawings
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive and eager to learn
