Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part-time or holiday worker in assigned administrative departments or operational areas.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks or operational duties in assigned departments.
  • Support team members with meeting preparations and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Perform research on assigned topics.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be pursuing an academic degree
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication ability (written &verbal)
  • Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
  • Assertive approach to solving problems
  • Ability to prioritize
  • The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty pounds
