Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day execution and ensure delivery as per defined scope and timelines• Break down business and technical requirements into actionable tasks and track progress with the development team
• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend APIs using Python FastAPI
• Support ReactJS frontend development, including API integrations and coordination with frontend teams
• Review code, resolve technical blockers, and ensure adherence to quality and coding standards
• Participate in client calls for status updates, requirement clarifications, and product demos
• Provide regular and structured status updates to senior team members and client stakeholders
• Coordinate with QA and UAT teams and support smooth and timely production releases
Requirements
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Python Fast API, including REST API development, authentication, and request validation• Good working knowledge of ReactJS for UI development and API integration
• Working knowledge of Node.js for building APIs, services, and integrations
• Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch
• Experience delivering B2B applications with real-world business workflows
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
Required Experience
• 6–8 years of overall experience in full-stack development• Must have delivered at least one end-to-end B2B client project
• Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing discussions
• Proven ability to lead execution and coordinate delivery across development teams
Good to Have
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and exposure to SQL Alchemy• Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with third-party integrations, background jobs, and production support
