What You Will Do
As part of our Pinkenba Branch team, reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring our operations run smoothly. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction
  • Pick, pack, and deliver parts to customers and their workshops
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers
  • Prepare parts for delivery or customer pick‑up
  • Collect and return customer vehicles as required
  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time 

Who you are
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring solid experience from the heavy vehicle or related industry, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You’ll also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service—selling or upselling automotive parts is highly regarded
  • A Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
  • A Forklift licence
  • Previous warehouse experience (highly regarded)

You’re a proactive team player with a positive attitude, and you enjoy a hands‑on role where no two days are the same.
