About this role

We are looking for a Business Architect, who will play a key role in aligning business goals with operational capabilities and driving strategic transformation across People & Culture (P&C) processes.

 

In this position, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring adaptability to change while delivering measurable value. You will maintain governance structures, process frameworks, and manage the P&C Service Catalogue and Taxonomy to support organizational efficiency.

 

Working closely with process owners, product owners, IT architects, and operations teams, you will contribute to capability mapping, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and discussions with process and product owners, IT architects, and operations teams.
  • Capability Mapping: Define and model business capabilities, identify gaps or redundancies across departments.
  • Global P&C Taxonomy and Service Portfolio: Update and refine HR taxonomy quarterly; review and improve the service portfolio regularly.
  • Information & Business Advice: Provide expert guidance on policies and procedures, resolving queries and escalating complex issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities, maintain ARIS content, and support updates in ALTO.
  • Training & Guidance: Plan and deliver training sessions and proactive guidance to stakeholders.

What You Bring:

Skills Required

  • Business Architecture Expertise: Strong understanding of frameworks and capability mapping.
  • Tools Knowledge: Experience with ARIS and ALTO is a plus.
  • Communication Skills (Advanced): Ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
  • Change Management: Ability to support transformation and continuous improvement.

Work Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in business architecture or related roles.
  • Proven experience in capability mapping and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, service catalogues, and taxonomy management.
  • Experience working in global organizations and cross-functional teams.
