What will your role be? 

We are looking for a Field Engineer to perform the following activities: 

• To ensure daily visibility and proactive follow-up on critical parts, production WIP, delivery commitments, and subcontractor logistics to support operational needs and secure planning reliability

• Identify part shortages at Customer and its suppliers

• Track availability and status of pacing items (piece parts) that block production

• Reduce the impact of part shortage

• Load & Capacity analysis to understand bottleneck and work out actions together with suppliers & delivery adherence

• Carry out actions to reduce the risk of raw material shortages

• Guarantee coverage of the raw material & forging needs

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management
• General knowledge of project management, production management and cross-functional management.
• More than 3 years' industrial experience
• Production Management (PIC/PDP; MRP2; CBN...)
• Continuous Improvement management (KAIZEN, DMAIC, Quality wall implementation, 8D animation, 5 why, Ishikawa, ...)
• Project management (APQP type) and collaborative work (cross-functional team)
• Knowledge of the Quality System (EN9100) and supply chain performance measurements (OTD, OQD, DV, BOAA, cf. QUALIFAS)
