ABOUT THR ROLE

  • O Analista de Trade Marketing é responsável por conectar as estratégias de marketing às necessidades do canal de vendas, garantindo execução eficiente no ponto de venda (PDV), suporte ao time comercial e maximização da visibilidade e performance das marcas. Atua de forma analítica e operacional, realizando desde planejamento de ações até acompanhamento de indicadores, campanhas, materiais e resultados.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Desenvolver e implementar ações de trade marketing nos canais (varejo, atacado, distribuição, e-commerce ou canais específicos da empresa).
  • Criar, coordenar e acompanhar campanhas promocionais, ativações e lançamentos.
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de planogramas, guias de execução e materiais de PDV.
  • Atuar em parceria com as equipes Comercial, Marketing, Supply e Financeiro para garantir alinhamento das ações no canal.
  • Manter relacionamento com clientes, agências, fornecedores e distribuidores.
  • Dar suporte ao time de vendas com treinamentos, apresentações e materiais.
  • Analisar dados de sell-in, sell-out, market share, estoque e performance por canal.
  • Monitorar KPIs como ruptura, giro, cobertura, execução no PDV, ROI de campanhas e distribuição numérica/ponderada.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações de resultados.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Graduação Completa em Engenharia, Administração, Marketing, Publicidade, Economia.
  • Inglês Avançado.
  • Excel Avançado.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-Time

  • Percentage of travel time expected: less than 25%

  • Remote work once a week for eligible employees (4x1) after first 3 months ;

  • This position is not eligible for relocation;

  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice as assigned by the Manager.
