KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 完成销售指标,督促并实现组织、执行并完成各项计划、目标;
  • 完成GTN指标,预算执行、控制及监督管理,确保费用使用的有效性及真实性;
  • 负责应收账款的管理,并平衡和控制客户投资与年度计划
  • 负责年度客户合同谈判,有效的动态化调整和规划并完美执行;
  • 负责协调管理各区客户的生意发展计划,驱动管辖客户的生意,实现增长;
  • 管理O2O生意,寻求生意增长点,建立有效的O2O生意发展模式;
  • 通过有效数据分析,跟进客户库存管理、门店的拓展及分销、陈列执行;
  • 指导及帮助门店执行同事管理技能,推动总部项目在门店执行;
  • 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态,包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等;

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  •  本科或以上学历

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • 有5年以上FMCG客户管理经验;最好有1年以上相关客户的管理经验;
  • 能熟练应用电脑及OFFICE软件;有一定的英语基础及语言处理能力;
  • 对数据有敏锐性,善于分析生意的机会点
  • 致胜的工作态度及工作责任心;展现适应能力和抗压能力;
  • 建立针对管辖客户的有效计划并执行;
  • 擅长于团队管理并能够激励团队向共同的目标奋进;
  • 具有业务谈判能力,沟通协调能力;
  • 诚实、守信;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Travel as per business requirement
