Role: Customer Marketing Specialist

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Internally the role is called Senior Associate, Customer Marketing.

This role is not eligible for relocation.

Are you an enthusiastic marketing professional who likes to work in an international environment and work with leading brands and high-quality products? In this role you will be able to drive marketing activations, translate regional strategies into local successful plans, be creative and innovative in new campaigns and work in close cooperation with the regional marketing team and with the sales team to achieve market share, net sales and profit growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage of local marketing plans, including the full marketing mix, and present these to the sales team.
• Coordinate with the local sales team, implement consumer and trade promotion plans.
• Develop advertising materials from the Region for the local market in collaboration with external agencies.
• Analyse market data and develop recommendations to drive market share growth.
• Support new product launches in close collaboration with the European marketing team.
• Lead the creation of POP materials for the Categories/Segments assigned in line with the EU process.
• Proactively contribute to cross-functional projects and day-to-day operations.

Experience you’ll bring:

• University Degree
• Professional experience in trade/customer marketing, sales, or marketing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Fluent English and Czech (or Slovak) is must
