• The purpose of this role is to be the key business partner for the commercial teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 负责财务S&OP（销售与运营计划）流程的管理与优化
2. 参与commercial（商业）相关财务分析与决策支持
3. 协调跨部门资源，推动S&OP计划的有效执行
4. 监控商业指标，提供财务视角的业绩评估与改进建议
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
1. 8年及以上经验，具备财务S&OP领域相关工作经验
2. 熟悉commercial领域的财务运作模式
3. 具备较强的数据分析能力和跨部门协调能力
4. 拥有财务经理/主管类职位的工作经验
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Good team player and communication skill
- High level MS Excel skill and good understanding of SAP system
- Good command of English (oral and writing)

What you'll do
- The role involves managing and optimizing the financial S&OP process and providing financial analysis and decision support for commercial teams. It also includes monitoring business metrics and offering performance evaluation and improvement suggestions.
