Job Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for providing expertise in graphic design as well as the generation of new and innovative ways to market SBM and advance company growth. This individual will collaborate with Insite team to develop and produce mock-ups, print and web-based sales tools, and marketing materials. The designer will serve as design point person to fulfill assignments for customer-facing and internal projects. Range of projects include mock-ups of design concepts, presentations, print collateral, multimedia, website content management and graphics, as well as promotional items.
Roles & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, often requiring outside resources to produce the most effective design
Design and work with SBM’s IT department to develop and enhance SBM
Support content development and design of SBM go-to-market collateral
Support marketing and sales presentations
Design and produce compelling print and web materials
Design and develop trade show materials
Work/negotiate with print vendors and other contractors to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality standards
Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns in accordance with SBM brand strategy and style guidelines
Maintain SBM style guide and ensure compliance with internal external vendors
Track, benchmark, and maintain inventory of marketing materials
Maintain inventory of photo work, artwork, and film; maintain marketing literature, archive files, and sample files
Stay abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds
Adapt to the changing needs of the department, develop new skills, and assist with projects outside of normal job responsibilities as needed
Be passionate about all things UX/UI and other areas of design and innovation; research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies
Travel may be required
Key Performance Indicators (2025)
1. Brand Adherence Score: Evaluate completed projects for brand adherence.
Maintain 75% or higher adherence to brand standards.
2. Reduced Revision Cycles: Number of revisions required prior to final project completion and approval.
80% of projects approved with 2 or fewer revisions.
3. Emergent Request Responsiveness
100% compliance with expectations to acknowledge, reply, and begin addressing all emergent requests within 24 hours.
Qualification

Education and/ or Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - May be required to have a valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with HTML and CSS
Produce stunning, interactive experiences in code
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
