Role Purpose

The role is responsible to manage IT services for business on the VisionPlus Mainframe platform technology stack and end to end technical and functional review for VisionPlus, Falcon,TRAID & WIBMO BAU Operations.

Role Accountability 

  1. Manage IT services for business on the VisionPlus Mainframe platform technology stack
  2. Functional and technical review of all the changes been delivered in the production environment w.r.t Vision PLUS
  3. Functional solution & Technical review for Projects/enhancement & Fixes being done by Vision Plus BAU
  4. Adhere & ensure SLAs being followed by the vendor (Batch/System availability / Auth etc.) 
  5. Functional and technical review of all the changes been delivered in the production environment w.r.t WIBMO( ACS)
  6. Collaborate with cross functional teams as well as internal IT teams on V+ and ACS incidents, Change Requests and Service Requests
  7. Execute cross functional business intelligence projects by closely interacting with business intelligence leaders, managers and consultants
  8. Translate reporting requirements into functional specifications which detail the approach taken to address and resolve business needs
  9. Create and execute work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  10. Evaluate decisions through the eyes of the customer, building strong customer relationships and creating processes with customer viewpoint
  11. Ensure adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines

Measures of Success 

  1. All business Service Level Agreements (SLA's) w.r.t tickets on incidents are followed as per agreement with L0, L1, L2 and L3 teams
  2. All SLA's w.r.t V+ File downloads are adhere 
  3. Ensure audit requirements are delivered on time
  4. Address functional queries from Users/ Business without escalations
  5. All SLA's w.r.t. to V+, Authorizations, and ACS (WIBMO) System availability are adhered
  6. Timely and accurate updation of process documentation
  7. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Experience in Payment, Fraud & Risk Domain, Credit Card life cycle, Falcon, VSAM, ACS system
  2. Experience in Mainframe Technologies like CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAMs, Ezytrevie, REXX
  3. Complete understanding on Vision PLUS EOD batch flow process
  4. Expertise in Vision PLUS Including CMS, FAS 
  5. Knowledge of Falcon, TRIAD and ACS operations
