Im Bereich Division Finance Center Infrastruktur werden mit direkten Schnittstellen zum Leiter Finanzen alle finanziellen Planungs- und Abschlussprozesse verantwortet sowie die Performance-Entwicklung der Division durch adressatenorientierte Steuerungsimpulse unterstützt.
Das Team Accounting & Compliance verantwortet hierbei als Single-Point of Contact zu den zentralen Stellen alle Accounting-relevanten Themen und fungiert als Fachführung für die divisionalen Ausführungsbestimmungen von Finanzvorgaben. Zudem nimmt das Team in der finanziellen Abwicklung von Schadenfällen eine zentrale Rolle ein.

- Als Leiter:in Accounting und Compliance Infrastruktur führst du ein Team von 6 Fachspezialisten.
- Du bist Mitglied des Führungsteam Division Finance Center Infrastruktur und verantwortest die Periodenabschlüsse in der Finanzbuchhaltung, die Koordination des internen Kontrollsystems für die Division und die Steuerung der divisionsübergreifenden internen Leistungsverrechnung.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du für die Einhaltung der finanziellen Compliance, für die Bilanz- sowie Cashflow-Planung und die unterjährige Liquiditäts-Steuerung verantwortlich.
- In der Rolle als Anlaufstelle für sämtliche Schadenfälle der Division Infrastruktur koordinierst du mit deinem Team die Meldungen zum Versicherungsmanagement des Konzerns und zum Bundesamt für Verkehr.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von subventionsrechtlichen Vorgaben der Division Infrastruktur.

- Mit deiner kommunikativen Art trittst du sicher in Gremien auf und förderst einen offenen Austausch, der zu konstruktiven Lösungen führt.
- Du bist integrativ und deeskalierend, gleichzeitig jedoch durchsetzungsstark, denn Compliance ist für dich nicht verhandelbar.
- Deine Fähigkeit, den Überblick über viele Themen zu behalten und Sachverhalte schnell zu verstehen ermöglicht es dir, komplexe Zusammenhänge effizient zu erfassen.
- Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung aus dem Bereich Revision und/oder Accounting sowie Kenntnisse in SAP und Swiss GAAP FER. Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
- Ein Hochschulabschluss sowie eine weiterführende Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Compliance setzen wir voraus.
- In Deutsch bist du verhandlungssicher (Niveau C2), jede weitere Landessprache ist ein Plus.
