Job Description/Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for clerical functions in the Bottling and Processing Departments; tracks inventories, inputs data in System21, enters batching and production booking for finished and reworked goods, orders and enters bulk liquid and flavor ingredients, and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
MUST
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

PREFERRED
- Experience with System 21 ERP software
- Associates degree in a business related field
- 3 years Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
