Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Follow resident care plans and report resident needs to Unit Manager or Charge Nurse. 
• Administer medications to residents within scope. 
• Maintain accountability for controlled substances; inventory medications and at the beginning and end of each shift notify supervisor of discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in areas including but not limited to Skilled Nursing Facility, Dementia Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, or Orthopedic preferred but not required
• Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Kentucky Medication Aide Certification required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
