About this role
Au sein de la filiale Savencia Produits Laitiers International, et après une période de formation initiale, le stagiaire assurera des remplacements de poste sur les missions suivantes :
COMMANDES
- Réception et saisie ou validation de la commande dans SAP (contrôle des dates, des qtés minimums à respecter, application remise et promo)
- Confirmation de la commande au client / Gestion des commandes hors délai / relance clients quand nécessaire
- Confirmation de la livraison au transitaire / Gestion des réservations de fret
- Gestion du bon déroulement de l’expédition jusqu’à la livraison au relais.
- Suivi des plans promos
PÉNURIE
- Gestion des ruptures (arbitrage entre clients, discussion avec commercial)
- Gestion des DLUOS courtes
- Gestion des reports de livraison
FACTURATION & DOCUMENTS EXPORT
- Création de la facture avec application des procédures de facturation
- Enregistrement des promotions
- Emission des avoirs quand nécessaire
- Etablissement de tous les documents export : certificats sanitaires, certificats d’origine, visa consulat…etc
LITIGES
- Réception, gestion et enregistrement des litiges pour suivi, et provisions
COORDINATION / PROCESS
- Coordination avec le chef de marché, et tous les services internes : supply-chain, plateforme, finances, marketing
Relations opérationnelles permanentes avec :
- Clients
- Chefs de marchés
- Service Supply-Chain
- Service Gestion / Comptabilité Clients
- Plateforme Logistique / Transitaires
- Organismes : CCI/DDPP/CONSULAT
Compétences nécessaires :
- Sens du client, organisation, adaptabilité, travail en équipe, autonomie
- Maitrise de l’anglais indispensable.

What you'll do
- The intern will handle order management, including order reception and validation in SAP, and ensure smooth shipping processes. They will also manage stock shortages, invoicing, and export documentation.
