CONTRACT LENGTH: 11 months |

CHILD SAFEGUARDING: (select only one) Level 3: the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) orintensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process for staff.

ROLE PURPOSE: The position holder shall support the technical quality implementation of the TSFP program in the woreda. S/He will mainly be responsible for the bi-weekly/monthly implementation of the TSFP, and outreach works in collaboration with the TSFP Officers and the government Woreda Health Office. Provide on-the-job training for HW/HEW, provide consistent and high-quality technical support in establishing and strengthening IMAM, and assist TSFP to strengthen the implementation of TSFP. S/He will monitor Community Health Workers and volunteers in strengthening the community mobilization and outreach component of the program. |

Reports to: TSFP Officer Role Dimensions: Closely work with Woreda Health offices, PHCU, HPs, and community members/FDAs, and other relevant. |
