We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our Regina East location in Regina, SK.
You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations.
- Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners.
- Inventory management.
- Team member scheduling, training, and management.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.
- Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans.
- Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution.
- Completing all licensee tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy in your province.
- Following and enforcing Save-On-Foods’ SOPs.
- Communicating with your Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize efficiencies and workflow.
You Have:
- A Canadian Pharmacist license and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience (SK).
- Pharmacy management experience OR minimum 2 years as a Pharmacist (AB).
- Fluent with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
- Your Injection Certification.
