The Basics:

Location: Midvale, UT

Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

 

The main objective of this role is to provide support for the building and administration teams, including the administrative assistants. This is an afternoon position, preferably from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday- Friday

What you’ll be doing:

  • Safely pick up and deliver items using a company-provided vehicle
  • Primary contact for mailroom operations, including daily post office runs and shipping via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • Keep break rooms, copy rooms, and office supply areas stocked and organized
  • Perform physical tasks like moving furniture and transporting boxes with a hand truck
  • Support administrative assistants and other teams with various tasks, special projects, and follow-up to completion
  • Cross-train to provide coverage across the facilities department as needed
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic office setting
  • Perform other various tasks and/or projects assigned

Requirements to be successful in this position:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous office or facilities experience (preferred)
  • Shipping logistics experience (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Familiarity with receptionist duties and vendor coordination
  • Understanding of general facilities maintenance
  • Comfortable working with building management and kitchen staff
  • Cross-functional flexibility and eagerness to learn
  • Willing to adapt to changing work demands
  • Demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism
  • Approaches work with creativity, accountability, and a safety-first mindset
  • Treats others with fairness and respect, persists through challenges, and consistently models service and professionalism.

Here are some of the physical requirements for this role:

  • Clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and stand/walk for 4–6 hours daily
