Assembles patient meals, prepares cold food items and completes sanitation duties. Responsible for food preparation according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Completes ware-washing tasks as directed. Develops positive relations with other team members and functions competently in team environment. Ensures completion of daily tasks according to established quality and service guidelines.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
- Prefer one (1) year experience in a hospitality service environment.
- Prefer verbal ability to read and understand written instructions, recipes, and labels.
