This leader has accountability and oversight, and supervises the daily activities of the FPG Central Business Office. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals.
- Require an Associate degree in business or related field. Relevant work experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree. A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred, and will substitute for Associate degree and required years of experience.- Require a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a Physician Business Office setting.
- Prefer two (2) years of accounting experience.- Prefer demonstrated ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to resolution.- Prefer demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem solving expertise.- Prefer demonstrated analytic computer skills in spreadsheets, database, word processing, and other applications.- Prefer demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations in a diplomatic manner.- Prefer demonstrated leadership skills, understanding of group processes, teamwork, and site/cost-center based management.- Prefer demonstrated oral and written communication skills at all levels.- Prefer demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels.
