Night shift Opening:  Must be flexible with schedule.

How you will make contributions that matter…

• Assists and monitors workers in the maintenance, repair, dismantling, assembling, installing of machinery and equipment and programmable logic controllers.
• Reviews and interprets job orders and specifications and assigns work to maintenance technicians.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Confers with operations managers and supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
• Enforces compliance of all Safety rules and regulations, taking prompt correction action concerning potential safety hazards.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have….

• Values that align with the Saputo culture.
• Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and/or a minimum of four or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Familiarity with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems, PLC’s, process instrumentation and process drawings preferred..
• Strong strategic thinking skills with broad-based business acumen and experience with proven ability to identify opportunities and lead change initiatives.
