Operate machine and clean equipment, assist knock out, and punch as needed.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
- Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product
- Operate brine cages by filling and/or emptying cheese
- Maintain brine level
- Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals
- Inspect hoist for damage or repairs needed and report findings to leadership
You Are Best Suited For The Role If You….
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Proficient in use of the computer
- Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices
- Compliance with food safety policies
- Follow GMPs and SOPs
- Ability to manipulate, lift and position heavy equipment
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel and crawl, occasionally climb steps and safety ladders, continuous walking and standing
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Requires regular attendance

Starting Wage $25.38 per hour
