This role will report directly to the <strong>Head Delivery Manager </strong>and oversee a team of <strong>Delivery Leads</strong>. It requires a high-performing leader with experience managing multicultural and distributed teams for <strong>corporate clients</strong>, driving technical initiatives, and fostering a people-first, innovation-driven culture.</span></p>
