The ideal candidate will facilitate and guide the team through the Agile development process, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and fostering continuous improvement.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li>
<li>Coach team members on Agile practices and Scrum framework.</li>
<li>Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.</li>
<li>Track and report on team performance and progress.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.</li>
<li>Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.</li>
<li>Experience in software development or IT projects.</li>
<li>Knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).<br><br></li>
</ul>
