Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Cell Culture Platform Team by executing experiments.

  • Focused on fed-batch process development, media optimization, and high throughput.

  • Automation, optimizing upstream cell culture processes.

  • Execute and analyze experiments at various scales, including shake flasks, bench-scale bioreactors and Ambr 250/15 systems, resulting in improved process efficiencies and robust data collection.

  • Conduct routine analytical procedures on cell culture samples using instruments such as Vicell Cell Counter, Nova Flex, Cedex Bio HT, Metaflex, and osmometer, ensuring precise data collection for further analysis.

  • Perform post-harvest material clarification for downstream purification processes, enhancing overall workflow and productivity.

  • Prepare various batches of cell media and feed to use for cell culture operations.

  • Collect and process experimental data to support informed decision-making and optimize cell culture protocols.

  • Display an investigative or technological orientation in designing, executing and interpreting experiments and analytical procedures.

  • Investigate basic technical problems and performs routine scientific procedures and experiments under general supervision.

  • Plan and prioritize concurrent experimental procedures.

  • Integrate, compile, and tabulate data and assist supervisor in the analysis and interpretation of the results.

  • May provide oral presentations on results to other department members.

  • Work under active supervision, follow established procedures.

  • Weekend work is be needed.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

•Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• Some professional post-graduation experience is required, 1+ Years
• Microbial or mammalian cell culture experience
• Experience with MS Office (data entry ability to plot data)
• Motivated and Team Player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with aseptic techniques
• Biotech experience a plus
• Upstream cell culture

The salary range for this position is:

$64.500,00 - $93.166,66
