Regulatory Labeling Specialist - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Regulatory Labeling Specialist VIE within our Global Regulatory Affairs team, you’ll join the Hub Labeling Operations Team to execute key regulatory related to Global Labeling Operational Excellence.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support different projects and operational labeling activities across the Hub Labeling Operations Team and the Global Labeling Operational Excellence organization.
  • Enter associated data into Sanofi systems as required by internal SOPs and Work Instructions. Summarizing information and creating executive summaries, newsletters, etc.
  • Participate to the preparation / update of quality documents, processes, tools and training materials related to the role.
  • Present data and project status updates to key leaders / stakeholders for decision making and action.
  • Interact cross-functionally with colleagues in quality, performance and business process/operational excellence to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous experience in the field.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, across varying functions and levels of management, advanced presentation skills.
  • Team spirit and Collaboration (ability to build and maintain effective work relationships).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, proactivity.
  • Dedicated and persuasive “can-do” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to learn.
  • Ability to operate and adapt with agility in a dynamic, changing global environment.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality about sensitive data, and to ensure data readiness.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Power BI and Veeva Vault competency is a plus.
  • Project management and/or coordination experience would be an asset.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the Pharma or Life Sciences (preferred), or in Business, Engineering, Technology or similar field.

Languages:

  • English proficiency at a professional level is required – both verbal and written.
