As a Regional Master Data Management Analyst, you shape our data usage and ensure the adherence to global standard and polices. With our goal to simplify and automate you will drive standardization and consistent data usage across the region. This role will focus on analyzing regional data, implementing automation solutions, preparation of mass loads and ensuring data is accurate and in alignment with global data governance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyze regional data using Python, Big Data technologies, and advanced root cause analysis methodologies

  • Automate data and processes to improve operational efficiency

  • Develop PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes and enhance data accessibility

  • Create and maintain EIB (Enterprise Information Bus) data loads with focus on automation and alignment with data governance

·       Analytics and Insights: Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, supporting strategic business decisions. Be up to date on company strategy decision to be up to date

  • Create and maintain EIB (Enterprise Information Bus) data loads with focus on automation and alignment with data governance

·       Test and troubleshoot new configurations to ensure functionality and user experience

About you

  • Education: Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Data Science or a related field

  • Workday expertise and/or certification required

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar position

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in adhering to global standards

  • Proficiency working in a large, multicounty organization

  • Strong understanding of Data Hierarchy’s, Data usage and country local practices, labour regulation and business strategy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions.

  • Experience with Python, Big Data technologies, PowerApps, Snowflake

  • Experience with M&D helpful

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
